Door County Plein Air Festival

During the Annual Door County Plein Air Festival, I found this scene one morning and knew I had to paint it. The challenge was capturing the light before the clouds rolled in.

I was able to get started, but I lost the light so I returned the next day.

This was my favorite painting from that week at the festival.
